WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR THIS?
Our subcontractor for the service at your remote location bills us. We add a small mark-up and bill you. Our customers tell us that our management of the process is worth much more than our mark-up.
And there is an additional bonus for you. Our service agreements with our subcontractors often are at a lower rate than the charges would be directly to you. Your bill from Execom National may be lower than you would have been charged directly. Secondly, you have the benefit of having a qualified and competent service tech on site. We deal with hundreds of service companies. Thirdly, we manage the service so the actual issue is resolved. Our customers tell us that this may be the greatest value we provide.
Our service sometimes results in substantial and continuing savings for you. You pay a bill monthly for phone and data lines at each remote site. Is that bill accurate? Include the identification of the lines as shown on the bills for that site when you email us with a service request. We will check what is actually there. One of our customers recently sent us to almost every one of their locations to do just that. They have not shared the payback from those calls, but I estimate it at an ROI of 540%.
